Not to mention we have expert trained staff and a quality assurance manager to make sure the staff is adhering to and following proper instructions. We pride ourselves on being reliable and trustworthy and make sure we exceed your expectations with the services we perform.
  • Does FootprintMS LLC utilize green products to clean?
    We offer a complete green cleaning program upon each customer’s request. For instance, we use products that reduce or eliminate harmful chemicals and use equipment that saves water are typically the most effective for meeting our customer’s green cleaning needs.
  • Does someone need to be at the location when we clean?
    No. We can clean before or after business hours, or any time you prefer. Our cleaning services and schedules are tailored to meet your specific needs.
  • Cancellation policy
    -Commercial Contracts- We strive to maintain long-term relationships, but we understand there may be certain circumstances where that is not possible. In that case, a customer may elect to cancel their contract with 30 days’ written notice for any cause and without penalty. -Residential Services- Things happen! We get it! But please be courteous to other customers and your cleaners and just simply give us a call/text/email us 48 hours prior to your scheduled service to avoid a $50 late cancellation fee.
  • When should I pay for my services?
    We understand we can get tied up with work and life or just enjoying your freshly cleaned space. That’s why we provide up to 24 hours from your invoice to pay for your services. Once 24 hours has passed a $25 late fee will automatically be applied to your invoice.
  • What should I do about my pets?
    Please inform your cleaning crew of pets in the home whether they are caged or un-caged, to not startle the pets and staff when in the home cleaning. Please secure all pets in a comfortable location until they have become accustomed to the cleaning crew.
  • We have a icky situation?
    So that we are prepared to properly clean the area, please inform us if we will need to clean up human or animal waste. We charge an extra $25 waste cleanup fee.
